Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Have you got a problem with the items? No worry, we’re here to help. 

You have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return refunds only include the payment amount of the item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Damages or Quality Issues

We accept returns or exchanges only for quality-related issues, such as:

  • Damage during transit
  • Major colour discrepancies
  • Faulty zippers or stains
  • Significant differences from the product description/photos

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We are unable to take responsibility for failed delivery attempts caused by customer error or negligence, including:

  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Providing an incorrect address, contact number, or recipient name

If your order is shown as “Delivered” and the courier has provided proof of delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee a refund. We kindly ask that customers keep an eye on their tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Refunds cannot be issued in these cases. If you notice any incorrect information after placing your order, please email us immediately at shopunimo@gmail.com with your order number and the correct details so we can assist.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email shopunimo@gmail.com with "RETURN AND REFUND" in the subject line.
  2. Include your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
  3. For quality issues, please attach clear photos.

If your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions within 1–3 business days.

Before sending your return:

  • Take a photo of the package with the shipping label.
  • Send us the tracking number once shipped.
  • Mark the package clearly as “Return Goods”.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may return multiple items in one package to reduce shipping fees.


    Refund Process

    We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

    Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at shopunimo@gmail.com.
