FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200 AUD

Processing will take between 1-5 business days, but please allow extra time for some items. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday.

Shipping time: 3 - 15 business days

When filling out your shipping address please be sure to fill in the correct phone number. For overseas orders, please be aware that there may be delays as orders need to go through customs clearance, because of this, orders may take up to two weeks for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been picked up by our delivery service.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one. 

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible

Failed Delivery Situation 

Note that Unimo is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we cannot apply for a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at shopunimo@gmail.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
