Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–15 business days. Some products may require a little extra time, but we always aim to get your order ready as quickly as possible. Dispatch is carried out on regular business days (Monday–Friday).

 

Shipping Time

Australia: 1–3 business days (depending on location)
New Zealand: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Shipping time is in addition to the processing time. Once your order arrives at our warehouse from the distributor, it undergoes a thorough quality check before being shipped. You will then receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you don’t receive this email, you can check your delivery progress anytime through our tracking website. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number.

For international orders, please allow up to two weeks for delivery due to customs clearance. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been collected by the delivery service.


Important Information

Some addresses may not be suitable for guaranteed safe delivery. To avoid issues, please provide full address details such as street number, building number, and any relevant delivery instructions.

From time to time, courier services may experience unexpected transit delays or take longer to update tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Your order is always our priority.

 

Failed Delivery Situation

We are unable to take responsibility for failed delivery attempts caused by customer error or negligence, including:

  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Providing an incorrect address, contact number, or recipient name

If your order is shown as “Delivered” and the courier has provided proof of delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee a refund. We kindly ask that customers keep an eye on their tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Refunds cannot be issued in these cases. If you notice any incorrect information after placing your order, please email us immediately at shopunimo@gmail.com with your order number and the correct details so we can assist.
